The Brief
Build a marketing website for a zero-fluff AI consultancy that had to be two things at once: a credible business site that converts visitors, and a live proof of concept that AI can build serious digital products. No existing site. No designs. No agency. Just a clear brief and an AI that could execute it.
How It Was Built
The entire site was built through Claude Code running in agentic mode, with specialist UI/UX skills loaded for the visual and interaction design phases. The process was conversational — describe what you want, review the output in the browser, iterate. No IDE, no hand-written code, no Figma mockups.
Dedicated skills handled the visual design system (typography, colour tokens, spacing scale) and interaction patterns (scroll reveals, hover states, animation choreography). Claude Code handled everything else: component architecture, page structure, Astro content collections, Vercel adapter config, the contact form wired to Resend, the sitemap, and the SEO metadata.
Content — headlines, service descriptions, FAQs, about copy — was written in the same session. Two hours, start to finish, including a full production deploy.
What Makes It Interesting
The site doesn’t look AI-generated. It looks like the work of a skilled front-end team with a month to spare. That’s the point.
The GSAP ScrollTrigger animations — the horizontal scroll cinema, the domino-drop pain point cards, the gravity-well CTA where words fly in from random positions — are the kind of touches that usually add days to a project. The particle canvas that repels from the cursor, the text scramble effect on the hero, the starfield that runs the full page length: all generated through prompts, tested in the browser, and shipped the same session.
The Netflix-style case studies browser, the custom case study detail pages with terminal-style AI stack displays, and the automated Puppeteer screenshot pipeline were all added in subsequent sessions using the same approach.
The Result
A production-ready site, live on Vercel, built in under two hours including all content. It ranks on Google, converts visitors to enquiries, and serves as the most honest piece of marketing Zero Fluff could publish: a website that is itself the case study.
